I’m Cassie Davies, Founder and Director of Ask HR Limited.

In 2024 I founded Ask HR Limited, and moved from supporting businesses in-house, to full-time consultancy.  As a HR Consultant, my mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by offering practical, reliable, and cost-effective HR solutions.  

Having worked within a diverse range of businesses, I have gained a reputation for providing pragmatic, actionable HR support.  My approach is built on clear communication, trust, and a passion for helping businesses thrive; simplifying the complexities of HR and making it an asset for every business I work with.

What sets Ask HR Limited apart is the personalised service provided to every client.  I enjoy being a genuine HR partner – working alongside business owners to build HR strategies that foster growth, improve employee satisfaction, and align with both business objectives and legal standards.
